Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages from a law firm based on allegations that a former member of the law firm wrongfully converted investment funds given by plaintiff to the former member of the firm. The trial court granted the law firms motion for directed verdict as to three of plaintiffs four theories of liability and granted the law firms motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the fourth. We affirm.
